Dear Master Lam,
Thank you so much for posting the standing zhan zhuang on your website and youtube. I am enjoying them very much. I have done yoga and moving chi gong for several years, but due to my chronic illness I have not been doing much of any exercise. However, I find that I am able to do Zhan Zhuang because it is so simple and easy. Once my energy improves from Zhan Zhuang, I plan to add back to my daily routine my moving qi gong practice. I finding zhan zhuang, because of it's emphasis on stillness, is also quite helpful for calming the winds of anxiety.
